Begin training with the ELIXIA App, collect MOVEs (Technogym's unit for measuring movement), and strive to be more active each day. For instance, a 10-minute low-intensity run equates to approximately 120 MOVEs.

The quickest and easiest method is to accumulate MOVEs directly on Technogym devices. Log in using your mywellness account on the equipment and train with the best workout programs. The app allows you to view your training program, exercise details, and videos directly. Results are automatically saved during your training session.
